Introduction: The European Union has established specific directives concerning radiological protection which are obligatory for member States. In addition, all Spanish dental clinics with radiological equipment are required to have an annual quality control check. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la representación de la actividad física que aparece en los libros de texto de Educación Física y su relación con los diferentes bloques de contenidos del área, en Educación Primaria. La muestra estuvo formada por un total de 3836 imágenes publicadas en 34 libros de texto pertenecientes a seis editoriales españolas, entre 2006 y 2013. La técnica de investigación fue el análisis de contenido mediante la herramienta SAIMEF. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó el software SPSS 22.0. Resum: Les ciutats començaren a retolar amb taulells els noms dels carrers i dels edificis públics, i a numerar les cases, en compliment de la Cèdula reial de 1769 promulgada per Carles III. En aquest article estudiem l’evolució de la retolació urbana al llarg dels segles XVIII i XIX. A partir de diversos casos documentats –Xàtiva, Sogorb, València, Ciutat de Mallorca– i dels taulells i plaques ceràmiques conservats, analitzem aquesta vessant de la taulelleria valenciana.

[EN] The health crisis produced by COVID-19 led to the declaration of the state of alarm by means of Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14. From that moment, and as a consequence of the measures adopted, among which were: the suspension of the opening to the public of the premises and retail establishments; limiting freedom of movement; and the suspension of administrative terms, the Government proceeded to issue a series of Royal Decree-laws that affected the financial sphere. The object of this study is the analysis of said normative instrument and its constitutional fit when modifying the tax laws within the aforementioned state of alarm.

El estudio que presentamos pretende describir el panorama actual de la formación en accesibilidad en España. A los cursos de posgrado universitarios sobre audiodescripción y subtitulado para sordos que se vienen ofreciendo hasta el momento, se suma el curso de especialización en accesibilidad recientemente aprobado por el Real decreto 94/2019. Una vez analizada la oferta formativa, analizamos las competencias que se pretende que adquiera el alumnado atendiendo a la clasificación de competencias que debe adquirir el “accesibilitador” (Díaz Cintas, 2007a). El artículo es un comentario crítico del contenido y alcance del recientemente aprobado RDL 6/2019 para la garantía de la igualdad de trato y de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres en el empleo y la ocupación. La valoración positiva que, en general, la norma merece, se basa simplemente en su mera aprobación, que refuerza la idea de que la cuestión de la igualdad efectiva entre hombres y mujeres en el trabajo requiere medidas específicas.
